Description : This route is open to many different options in length to suit your needs.

Some of our group on the path in Maer Park

The route we took was the asphalt footpath through Maer Park, running parallel with the Seafront, taking you by the Cricket Club and the back of the Pavilion. Into Manor Gardens then the Strand to the Railway Station. Then on down to the Harbour, we then followed the Esplanade and Queens Drive alongside the beach back to the Lifeboat Station.

There is the option to go to point beyond the Rugby Club but this involves a short section on grass and crushed stone. The 4 Power Chairs in the group managed this section OK.
